I had heard a lot about PNL for awhile, so I had been hoping to purchase a cape or vest from Samantha for quite awhile before finally being able to around three weeks ago.
Communication was a bit slow but I do understand owning a small business can be very time consuming, not to mention having a life outside of work- so I totally understand. I’m SO pleased with how my pups cape turned out, and I’ll definitely be purchasing more items from this shop in the future!!
